As women, we often juggle countless roles and responsibilities, frequently putting ourselves last. Being in my mid-30s, I completely understand feeling off- balance, especially in light of the challenges of juggling work, family, finances, health and everything in between.
Dealing with chronic illness and burnout has taught me valuable lessons about managing life’s challenges in order to lead a more fulfilling life. I’ve learned firsthand how important it is to have the right tools to maintain your wellbeing.
Whilst I embrace a hiatus from my legal career to focus on my health, this blog serves as my sanctuary; a passion project where I can help other women to avoid the mistakes I made and to find a healthy balance in their lives.
I plan to deliver weekly blog posts focusing on how you can manage and prioritise various aspects on your life, in particular your career, your relationships and most importantly yourself in order to ensure your overall wellbeing and fulfilment.
